- Transcription of autopsy and other medical and scientific reports, papers and correspondence related to deaths occurring under agency jurisdiction
- Maintenance of decedent case files, including autopsy reports, toxicology and other laboratory results, photographs and case correspondence
- Preparation of autopsy report case files on all homicide, traffic, suicide and narcotic-related deaths for MPD and other governmental units
- Processing of autopsy report and proof of death requests
- Archival and retrieval of records
