Public Dispositions 
  • Unclaimed remains are disposed of by the District after 30 days of receipt of the  decedent by the agency

  • Unclaimed remains include those decedents that have been identified but not claimed by next of kin or any other persons or those decedents that have not been identified (both after 30 days)
